Return & Exchange Policy

At SAMAEPET, we always put your shopping experience and product quality first. Since every animal is different, we encourage you to carefully read our policy before making a purchase.
30-Day Refund & Return Period

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. If your product arrives damaged or does not match the description on our website, we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund. In such cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours.
Returns for Non‑Consumable Items

We accept returns of non-consumable items (consumables include pet waste bags, reptile bedding, grooming and cleaning supplies, food, etc.) within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in a resalable condition: undamaged, new, unused, unopened, with all original packaging and labels intact. Return postage must be paid by the buyer for change-of-mind returns.

How to Make a Return

Please contact us at before returning any item. Do not send returns COD (Cash on Delivery) or without prior communication. We need to confirm the return in advance and record your return and refund information for our workflow.

Any return sent without prior communication will not be supported. Returns due to buyer errors such as refused delivery, incorrect address, or unclaimed package will not be accepted. If such errors cause the package to be returned to us, the refund will be issued after deducting the original return shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee.

Always obtain tracking information when returning items.
Order Cancellation

We ship worldwide. Once your payment is completed, we pack your order within 48 hours and prepare it for international shipping.

Before Shipment

Refund minus payment platform fee (5% of order amount). The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

After Shipment

We deduct the shipping cost plus a 25% restocking fee (includes the 5% platform fee). The remaining amount will be refunded to your account.

Important: Once an order has been shipped, you cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within a certain number of days and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds? If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time for the refund to officially appear. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
